The 3 queen bedrooms have access to 2 full bathrooms (one has a tub)

Living room 1 consists of a 86-inch tv, leather couches, Simpsons arcade machine, a bar table with barstools that converts to casino games (poker, craps, roulette). Living room 1 connects to the dining room which has a large 8 seater dining table. the dining table converts to a pool table and ping pong table. The dining room connects to the kitchen which is fully stocked with everything you need coffee station, drip coffee maker, nespresso pod machine with pods, flavored coffee syrups, dishwasher detergent, hand soap, microwave, air fryer, electric stove top, fridge, pots, pans, spices, oil, cutlery, can opener, cups, mugs, plates, wine glasses, wine opener etc.

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation for 5 hours after booking if arrival is at least 72 hours away at time of booking..
